For API and Q2 Open clients, how to submit a ticket
Your CorePro Platform Account
You'll need a login to your CorePro platform instance for your Program. Contact your Program Administrator or Q2 Relationship Manager if you have further questions regarding your platform account.
Create a ticket
We ask you to create a ticket so we can better serve you. This routes through our support system, which is monitored and managed by our relationship managers to ensure we get you an accurate response as fast as possible.
